Challenge
Alasconnect, formerly known as Ampersand, faced a loss of brand clarity following an incomplete rebrand, which led to client retention challenges and weakened engagement. They needed a cohesive brand vision and strategic direction to re-engage clients, salvage the business and drive new growth.

Through a two-day Brand Vision Workshop and our Infinity Process, we aligned Alasconnect’s executive team around a focused brand vision and clear growth strategy. This work provided the foundation for a comprehensive rebrand rollout across Anchorage and Fairbanks. By managing all aspects of content creation, video, and SEO in-house, we achieved consistency and clarity across each touchpoints.
